Information Stored Locally on Your Device
- Game progress: Your Learn AI experience progress (current level, room state) is saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Theme preference: Your dark/light mode preference is stored in localStorage.
- Language preference: Your selected language for the Learn AI experience is stored in localStorage.

Island Pitch does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Biometric Data Notice
When you use the Learn AI experience in voice mode, your voice audio is captured through your device's microphone and transmitted to ElevenLabs, our service provider, for processing. Voice audio may constitute biometric data under California law and other applicable privacy laws.
- Purpose: Voice audio is collected solely to power the real-time interactive AI training conversation.
- Storage: Voice recordings are stored as part of conversation data. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@islandpitch.com.
- Consent: Voice mode requires your explicit consent before microphone access is granted. You may choose text-only mode at any time as an alternative.
- Third-party access: Voice data is shared only with ElevenLabs as a service provider and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) across all pages and services
