Month-to-Month Support Plans

Welcome to Island Pitch’s Support Our Stuff program. These Terms of Service exist so we can deliver the best results, maintain mutual clarity, and keep our shared work moving forward with confidence, clarity, and intention. We’re flexible in style — but firm in structure.

By purchasing or activating a Support Our Stuff plan, you agree to the following terms:


1. 📅 Billing & Renewals

  • All plans are pre-paid monthly and activate only upon receipt of payment.

  • Your plan renews automatically on the same calendar day each month unless canceled at least 5 business days prior to renewal.

  • Partial months are not prorated. Missed payments result in service suspension until balance is resolved.


2. 💸 Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or portal.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed submission windows, or under-utilization.

  • Plans may not be paused or carried over without prior written agreement. Rollovers are not guaranteed.


3. 🛠️ Scope of Work

  • Scope is defined by your plan tier and its clearly listed service breakdown — the specific task types and limits detailed on our Support Plans page.

  • Requests beyond scope (e.g., feature builds, UI overhauls, API integrations) will be flagged and quoted as a new project.

  • We reserve the right to defer or decline work that exceeds your plan, involves external third-party disputes, or jeopardizes quality.


4. ⏱️ Time Tracking & Prioritization

  • Time is tracked through the Harbor Support Portal (powered by Jira).

  • We prioritize based on urgency, complexity, and available time within your plan.

  • You are responsible for submitting clear, well-scoped requests. Unclear or incomplete requests may delay resolution.


5. 📊 Reporting & Communications

  • Clients will receive a monthly summary of tasks completed, time used, and what’s remaining or rolling forward.

  • Communication takes place via the portal; excessive requests outside platform (e.g., text, DM, voice memo) may be ignored or redirected.

  • Strategic check-ins or meetings are not included unless explicitly listed in your plan.


6. 🔐 Security, Data & Access

  • You agree to provide secure, reliable access to all systems we need to work effectively.

  • We follow best practices in handling your data, but Island Pitch is not liable for issues resulting from improper client access or unsecured platforms.

  • Sensitive or compliance-regulated work (HIPAA, SOX, etc.) must be declared before onboarding so we can scope accordingly.


7. 🔄 Plan Flexibility & Upgrades

  • You may upgrade your plan mid-cycle with written confirmation; downgrades apply to the following cycle.

  • We reserve the right to adjust our plan pricing, scope definitions, or operating model with at least 14 days’ notice.

  • Unused time does not roll over unless stated in writing.


8. 🛑 Termination & Conduct

  • Island Pitch may terminate this agreement with written notice for violations, abusive conduct, or excessive revision cycles beyond fair use.

  • In such cases, any work completed will be delivered as-is and no refunds will be issued.

By subscribing or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. These terms may be updated periodically and will always be available via the sign-up flow and Harbor Support Portal.
