IP Bot Software as a Service Privacy Policy for Subscribers

Island Pitch LLC ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of businesses and individuals that use our IP Bot Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription-based product ("IP Bot"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information, and the responsibilities of companies and individuals ("Clients") who subscribe to and use the IP Bot service.

The IP Bot service is designed to automate social media interactions, improve digital workflows, and optimize customer engagement. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and storage of personal information provided by Clients who subscribe to the IP Bot service. Clients using IP Bot are responsible for their own privacy policies and terms of use concerning the data they collect from their end-users and prospects through interactions enabled by the IP Bot.

2. Audience of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is intended for businesses and individuals who purchase, subscribe to, and use the IP Bot. As a Client, you are responsible for ensuring that your own privacy policies and terms of use are in place when interacting with your customers and prospects through the IP Bot. We highly encourage Clients to implement and maintain their own policies to protect user data collected through interactions facilitated by the IP Bot.

3. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information:

a. Client Information:

  • Personal Information: When you sign up for the IP Bot service, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, billing information, and payment details.
  • Account Data: Information related to your account setup, including company name, social media profiles, and other relevant details required to provide our services.

b. Interaction Data:

  • Social Media Data: Through IP Bot's integration with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), we collect interaction data, such as likes, comments, direct messages, and other engagement data, to facilitate automated interactions on behalf of our Clients.
  • Usage Data: Data related to the performance of the IP Bot, such as the number of automated responses, types of interactions processed, and other analytics related to the effectiveness of the service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the IP Bot service.
  • Manage your account and process payments for subscriptions.
  • Enable automated social media interactions and engagement for your business.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

5. Data Retention

We retain Client information and interaction data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Data related to social media interactions may be stored for analytical purposes or for service improvements unless requested for deletion by the Client.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal information and interaction data. We store all Client data securely, with restricted access to only authorized personnel. Despite our efforts to ensure the protection of your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Client Responsibility for End-User Data

Clients of the IP Bot service are responsible for their own privacy policies and terms of use with regard to the collection, storage, and use of data from their end-users (e.g., customers, prospects, and social media followers). Island Pitch does not assume responsibility for how Clients manage the personal data of their end-users or for the content of the interactions facilitated by the IP Bot.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in delivering the IP Bot service. These providers may have access to Client information but are contractually obligated to protect it.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information when required by law, such as to comply with a legal request or protect our rights.

9. Your Data Rights

As a Client, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and Correction: You may request access to your personal information and correct any inaccuracies.
  • Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual requirements.
  • Objection: You may object to the use of your personal information for certain purposes, such as marketing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients through the email address provided during registration or through a notification on our website.
