We’re looking for a Full Stack Creative Technologist to join our crew. This is more than a standard “full stack dev” role — we need a curious builder who’s comfortable switching hats between Node.js, React, Python, serverless architectures, and AI/ML integrations, with an unwavering commitment to web accessibility (WCAG 2.1).

We lean on tools like Cursor and other AI coding assistants to move faster and think bigger — and so should you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

⚡️ Serverless & Cloud Infrastructure

Design and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
Build scalable, maintainable Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Optimize for cost-effectiveness, performance, and security.

🔗 API & Backend Development

Develop robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs in Node.js and Python, integrating third-party data services, AI models, and internal systems.
Ensure secure, efficient data flow between services.

💻 Frontend & Accessibility

Build intuitive, dynamic user interfaces with React.
Implement best practices for WCAG 2.1 compliance — creating accessible, inclusive web experiences for everyone.
Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX aligns with accessibility and brand standards.

🤖 AI/ML & Automation

Integrate AI/ML services and custom models into apps and workflows.
Use Cursor and other AI tools to write, review, and optimize code.
Experiment with automation and smart features that amplify user experience.

🚀 Continuous Improvement

Debug, test, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
Share knowledge, champion innovation, and iterate on processes and tech stacks.
Keep up with evolving tech, AI tools, and accessibility guidelines.

📚 Qualifications

Required:

2+ years of experience with Node.js, Python, and React.
Proven experience integrating multiple data services, APIs, and AI/ML components.
Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), async programming, and data structures.
Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI coding tools (or enthusiasm to adopt fast).
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for digital experiences.
Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile workflows.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or equivalent).

Desired:

Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js or similar).
Familiarity with real-time frameworks (e.g., Socket.io).
Exposure to other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a bonus.
