Content Designer (Graphics, Video & Sound)

We’re looking for a Content Designer who’s equally at home sketching concepts in Adobe and Figma, then moving fast in Canva to produce social-ready graphics, videos, and audio clips. You’ll also play with modern generative AI tools — like ElevenLabs, AI video models, or image generators — and mix them with classic Hollywood tricks to deliver assets that truly pop.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✏️ Create Multi-Sensory Content

Design graphics in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to match brand guidelines and storyboards.
Produce and polish final assets in Canva for maximum speed and social-readiness.
Edit videos, reels, and shorts — applying cinematic principles and snappy pacing.
Tidy up voiceovers and background audio with tools like ElevenLabs and sound editing software.
Experiment with AI photo/video tools to push creative boundaries and deliver fresh ideas.

⚡️ Cross-Team Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, social media developers, and solution architects to turn scripts and storyboards into visual stories.
Organize assets for easy reuse in multiple formats and platforms.
Stay on top of platform specs, trends, and audience engagement tips.

🗂️ Production Best Practices

Mix timeless Hollywood techniques (cuts, transitions, visual storytelling) w/modern digital tools.
Document workflows and share tips to help the whole crew produce magic, fast.
Suggest creative ways to automate or scale parts of the production process.

📚 Qualifications

Required:

2+ years designing graphics, video, or multimedia for web and social.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for initial design and storyboarding.
Comfortable working in Canva for rapid production and adaptation.
Experience editing sound with ElevenLabs, Audition, GarageBand, or equivalent.
Familiarity with generative AI photo/video tools and how to blend them with human creative vision.
A portfolio that shows you can tell a story visually and sonically.

Desired:

Knowledge of social platform specs for posts, stories, reels, and ads.
Basic motion graphics skills and video effects know-how.
Curiosity to test new creative tools and techniques (AI included!).
A love for cinematic visuals and audio that feel high-end, even on a phone screen.
