Requesting support is simple:

  1. Log in to the Harbor Support Portal

  2. Click Submit a Request

  3. Choose your request type: Support, Training, or New Feature

  4. Add clear details, relevant files, and hit submit!

We triage it, estimate the effort, and confirm what fits your current plan.

If your support usage is approaching your monthly or quarterly cap:

  • We’ll notify you right away

  • You can pause, scale back, or roll remaining requests forward

  • Or choose to increase your plan for more support
